The Bujinkan Federation in Sweden (Svenska Bujinkanförbundet) is a collaboration between nearly all Bujinkan dojos in the country. It involves the exchange of ideas, organization of seminars, marketing, and the representation of the member dojos on an national level.
The collaboration was initiated by Pierre Dahl in 1997 (we think). Today, the Swedish Bujinkan Federation is organized as a section of the National Budo & Martial Arts Federation (Svenska Budo & Kampsportsförbundet).
The Swedish Bujinkan Federation only represents its member clubs. It does not have any authority over the individual dojos within, or outside, the Federation. Nor does it have any authority or responsibility as representants of the Bujinkan Hombu Dojo in Japan.
